Positives: The ladies at the front desk were the best!! They were super helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Location for shopping is excellent. Rooms are nice and as described.

Negatives: The sofa bed mattress didn’t have linens on it (I also didn’t see any in the closet) and there was a huge stain on it. Luckily we only had three people so my daughter opted to sleep on the couch without pulling the bed out. We attended an event downtown during the week and didn’t return to West Des Moines until around 11. We found only one restaurant to eat at, Bar Louie, however the food and service there was excellent.

Positives: We liked the 2 BR/2 bath units having LR and Kitchens. great locations. Multiple units worked great for our girlfriends class reunion get together. Thanks for the breakfast but the overall quality has definitely gone down hill from a couple years ago
