The room itself was clean, the female clerk was very professional, hot tub was fine after figuring out where the on switch was.
Negatives:
Very dirty bathroom that also needed a soft remodel, cockroaches in the bedroom, pool area was dirty underneath the chairs. Overpriced, beds are extremely uncomfortable, breakfast was not that great, doors screeched, TV was tiny, morning attendant was very very rude almost felt borderline racist. The back door wouldn't open on the first pull after scanning the card, hot tub on switch was on the other side of the gate across the hall.

It was easy to find.

Pictures online do not match what it actually looks like. They need to be updated. The bath tub in our room was awful, looked like they tried to paint it. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. You can hear every noise every body makes in the atrium.

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub to do therapy and relax. Good variety of television programs. Convenient to the by-pass in the East side of town. The week passed to fast and was enjoyable . Very quiet and relaxing. Decent breakfast each morning.

Absolutely nothing. Worst place we have ever stayed at. Would have left but no rooms in town. The carpet was unfit to walk on. Would not let my little dog on the floor. The shower drain wouldnt drain water ran out all over the floor. Not fit for a handycap use.

Every thing. Wanted our money back. No refund. Tried to put us upstairs. Im handy cap. Not an option. Will make sure we never book a room there again.
