Negatives: I went online scheduled by reservation they still charge me ridiculous for my receipt says $108 they charge me $144 per day that was ridiculous when it only supposed to be $67 then they went up to 108 then when I checked my credit card statement they charged $144 so I was lied Rob I was lied to fraudulent charges to my card the shower was nasty the sun was nasty the whirlpool is nasty the door did not lock and because I inquired about the fraudulent charges she is racial slurs and she called the police because she stole from me the employee

Negatives: Very in need of up grades. The toilet was gross in the sense it needed replacing. Scratches on the seat the bowl was black where the water comes out. The heater/ac looked like it could fall off the wall. It needed resealed all the way around. The lobby was clean. The ice machine needed cleaned better and the soda machine did not work. I know that area doesn’t get a lot of travelers but when we need to travel to that area we still want a decent place to stay.

Negatives: Room was dirty. Walls need washed, especially in the bathroom where there is nasty stuff on the walls and stuff had dripped down and dried.
