The ROOM layout was the worse I have ever Seen !!!! just inside the door was the ONE sink & TINY countertop ---- the stool & shower was right there ---- TERRIBLE LAYOUT !!!!! Should have asked for a Room change ---- but tooo tired to do so !!!!

When our toilet overflowed, they handed my husband a plunger and he had to deal with the problem. Staff not easy to locate.

We booked a pet-friendly room weeks in advance. When we arrived, the clerk said all of those rooms were sold. He cancelled our reservation and made a reservation at the Super 8. It seemed like he had done this many times before, so it felt like a scam. Especially after we got to the Super 8 and saw how bad it was.

The per dog charge of $30 is ridiculous and we will not be staying with you all again! We have 2 dogs that travel with us typically in our 5th wheel and are well mannered!! I understand the pet charge but $60 for 1 night doesnt work for us!

During the night and about 3:00 am, we both were awakened by noise coming from upstairs sounding like walking and furniture moving. this went on for over an hour.
