I thought for Best Western standards, this property was a little off. Property seemed a little shabby. Maybe they need a little sprucing up. Everything seemed a little old and run down. Houseman should be wiping outside doors down before guests check in. Our room (102) had bird poop streaks on it which made opening the door a bit unappealing. The young lady at checking was friendly and nice. Just didnt think this was up to par for a Best Western.

What could. Be better is booking,come service. I emailed you to tell you I never received confirmation, I tried to get a confirmation code for over an hr, and repeatedly tried to contact you. Nothing worked , until finally I emailed to ask you to cancel the reservation and not charge me. What's going on- I have not heard back yet. Elaine reardon

The entire building was clean, the room was spacious and there were plenty of breakfast options. We had a nice visit at the bar with another guest and bar tender. It was a very pleasant stay.

That "mountain" entrance/exit. We almost got hit leaving the portico after checking in when another car came zooming up into the parking lot. Dangerous!

Hotel was Clean. Staff was nice.
Negatives:
Dog on the next street (Spruce Street) facing our room BARKED. ALL. NIGHT. LONG. The Windows were not insulated enough to buffer this. ALL. NIGHT. LONG. Had to sleep with the TV on to drown out the incessant barking.
