The room was dirty, I had to sweep and mop my floors, I couldn't lock my door or even get it to shut, the bathroom was a nasty mess, I had to go to the store and buy cleaner to clean it. The guy at the desk was very nice and friendly though, and very understanding of our situation.

First the door key did not work even after the second key they gave me lucky that maintenance walked by and opened the door. Then when in room the air-conditioning has no knobs or cover on it could not turn on , there was no bathroom door,alot more to say

To start key would not work in door went back to office got new key didn't work , maintenance let me in room to find the air-conditioning had no knobs cover bathroom had no door no closet coffee pot refrigerator was right next to bed room 134 is very bad .I have pictures

My stay at motel was terrible

This property SHOULD NOT have very listed on Booking.com. They are under new management, just had a flood, so actually there were no rooms available when we arrived. The new owners were in the processes of evicting pervious tenants due to drug deals going on in the hotel. Not a good place to take our family. We left!

Was very dark around the hotel area. Looked like drug deals were going on. Dont recommend this hotel for a family.

We had to wait an hr for our room. It wasn't clean there was crumbs all over the carpet, there was dirty diapers under the bed and used pads behind the dresser.

That I didn't get robbed by the drug dealers or homeless people sleeping in the parking lot all night
Negatives:
They gave away my reserved room to break up a domestic disturbance (was told that by manager) then wanted to down grade me to a smaller room or charge me 16 dollars upgrade to get a double queen like I reserved. Only after threatening to call booking customer service did they chase me down in the lot and give me the room for the price I was guaranteed by booking. Oh and no toilet paper
