Convenient place with friendly staff for a quick stopover while on the road

The room was very clean! The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was updated and very clean. The mini fridge came in handy. The floor was a new vinyl and wet mopped clean. The breakfast was good. It was a hot and cold breakfast. The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations!
Negatives:
The smell of smoke outside the rooms was something I did not like. It was under the overhang on the first and second floors.

Pet friendly, clean, good breakfast, beds comfortable, staff was personable and relatable. Room was a great value for the price...if you've been traveling, and are exhausted like we were, it's a good little stop to hang your hat for the night.

We've stayed here numerous times traveling back and forth to TX for the winter. It's a decent place, clean and reasonable priced.
Negatives:
Accessible room is far from the breakfast room and you have to walk outside to get to it.
