The staff is great- everyone is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean & beds are comfy. I have stayed a couple of times now while traveling to Great Bend on business and I definitely recommend it for business and leisure. This past trip I left a couple things in the room. Jackie was very helpful in making arrangements to get them back to me!

My only complaint was the bathtub. The floor of the tub was super slick. Couldnt move around at all without slipping. Companion is another room said theirs wasnt slick at all.

The hot tub was broken. The fire alarm was on the ceiling above the bed and blinked a bright light ALL night
