I did not like the leak in my room reported it and it was taken care of right away. It was from the air conditioner above. So am happy it was dealt with so quickly.

The bed was comfortable & for the most part, the room was clean...could of used a vacuum tho.

The location, right on a busy road made the noise level bad, had to keep the a/c running the whole time to drown out the sound of loud traffic. The room smelled like wet dog & stale cigarettes. The bed was comfortable so that was a bonus.

The Travelodge in Great Bend wasnt acceptable. Very dirty and run down wasnt acceptable of a stay. i had to move to another hotel. The mgr at Travelodge let me cancel the reservation. i did not discuss with her my decision to move.

The front office lady i clicked smoker room by accident and she got me another room she was nice about that
