Loud, poorly insulated rooms, you can hear everything. We had a loud guest next us. Horrible night sleep, breakfast was terrible.

The room had a very noisy heating system. We asked for another room, same issue with room #2. No coffee maker in the room. Long line in lobby for coffee. Minimal breakfast offerings. Messy and congested lobby with minimal seating and many people. Cost was inline with Holiday Inn Express which seems to be a much better choice.
