There was some obvious maintenance that needed to occur in the room

Clean, comfortable, recently remodeled, smooth check in and check out, breakfast with all the main items, hot chocolate so I could make a mocha good location for our travel.
Negatives:
Exterior needs refreshing and landscaping. Interior of check in and breakfast area needs updated/ remodeled. It would be nice to have low fat cream cheese, mustard and sugar free hot chocolate.

Front desk clerk was pleasant and helpful despite limited English language skills. Found it difficult to communicate my request for a room on the non-freeway side of the building.
