Positives: Location was close to a relative I was in town to see. Although everything in town is close, since it is a small town.

Negatives: 1. Cleanliness - very dusty under bed, on hotel's extension cord I had to use to plug in 2 C-pap machines. 2. Security was non-existent. End door was Never locked the whole three days we stayed. Anyone could walk in. 3. "Hot" was lukewarm in the sink even after letting run for 5 min. Shower "hot" water was not any better. Told front desk and they said "old pipes" but will check it. 4. Floor may have been swept but not mopped, my socks were very dark after walking across the room several times. 5. No breakfast available, not even "grab and go" like in other hotels.
