Positives: Staff was very attentive trying to meet our needs being that there was no elevator and we had a quadriplegic with us.

Negatives: We could not believe that this hotel had no elevator! Looking at all the pictures, there was no way anyone wouldn't expect that the hotel wouldn't have an elevator.It must be in BOLD PRINT. Also, heavy weed smell upstairs.

Negatives: The mattress was old - sagged. It was very uncomfortable. I am a small woman - I cant imagine how a larger person would have slept comfortably in it. The other bed in the room had a similar mattress. Ugh!
