Positives: Close to Highway
Negatives: I arrived a little late after being stuck in traffic during the storms. First disappointment was the pool was closed. That was the determining factor of booking this hotel vs another in the area. Our room was paid for on booking.com. The person at the desk said he tried to run three of my cards for incidentals and they were all declined. None of them had any record of a swipe or reason to be declined. I also get a notification if cards are declined for security and that did not happen either. I’ve paid for many rooms online and have never been told the need a physical card to run. But the card that was used online was in my hand and he said it was declined. The area was not safe, and the man asked for $100 in cash after we were waiting for over an hour. Something seemed off and I did not feel safe going to an ATM if I could even find one at 1:00 am. I ended up having to go book another hotel and finally checked with no credit card problems at about 3:00 am.

Positives: The bed was comfortable.
Negatives: The elevator and the hallway to our room reeked of the smell of marijuana. The room did not smell, though. People, including the staff, smoked outside too near the door. When we were loading our car near the door, people were smoking near our car.

Negatives: Booked the hotel and when we got there we were towing a trailer and they said we couldn't park it there. No where online did it say no trailers. So we had to find another hotel and they wouldn't refund my money. They need to put it online if they don't.

Positives: Tub was dirty and mold around faucet, glass shards on floor so it had not been swept or mopped, towels had stains, pillows smells old and musty, food on stairs Friday was still there Sunday. was not clean
Negatives: Was not clean. It was 125 a night for a dirty dingy room. They could clean up and get new pillows and towels. People were very nice though

Positives: I was informed at check in the jetted tub reserved on the 28th for the 30th-31st had gone out the night before. We were told we could use the tub still to bathe just no jets, and that his manager would be adjusting our stay price for the inconveniences with the tub. We agreed to check into the room and did. The stay overall was okay. No one bothered us. Staff was friendly. Rowdy kids running the halls for a chunk of the night. Slamming doors. We were off to bed fairly early and realized after we’d pulled the sheets back, they were stained yellow. We slept with our own blankets we brought in and pulled all of the bedding off after requesting it be changed and no one ever showed up to do so.
Negatives: Tub. Cleanliness. Amenities being closed.

Positives: Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was great. Bedding was very nice.
Negatives: Comforter had a small stain on it (looks like coffee). Smelled clean but staff happily swapped it out for us no problem.
