The toilet had not been flushed when we first arrived - someone had used it prior to us accessing the room. The shower gel container was about empty before we accessed our room, so not completely restocked. Other than that, the room was fine and appeared clean (sometimes those little things make it suspect as to how thoroughly the room was cleaned prior to our arrival).
