Negatives: I was given a room that was already occupied when I first checked in. Then I was required to use my credit card to have a $100.00 incidentals in case of use. This is fraud. they have no mini-bar or any other reason for such a charge. I was assured it would not be charged and would go back on my card. they did in fact take my $100.00 even though the room was through booking.com and paid for.

Positives: It was located very far from the airport, but very close to my destination. Everything was very clean, and the staff was very nice. I don’t need a hotel gym or pool or restaurant. I just needed a clean, comfortable place to stay for a few days at a reasonable price, and this fit the bill.

Positives: Nothing, it was awful. I booked my room a week ago and found out the day I was leaving to head to there that I had to pay NON REFUNDABLE$54 for a pet deposit then on top of that I was not told about having to pay a refundable $100 for a room deposit until I checked in, and then it all had to be paid with a card! Very bad service!!! And plus the next morning after arrival the room phone rings and it's front desk saying the people below us are complaining about noise coming from my room, KNOWING WE HAD A 3 YEAR OLD IN THE ROOM UPON ARRIVAL!
