Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The location
Negatives:
There was no hot water. I had to drive home to Dallas without taking a shower. The wifi was advertised as "free" but I had to pay for it. A breakfast was advertised but there was no breakfast, just small prepackaged muffins.

I wanted cheap and by god I got it

Clean, well maintained. Great location.
Negatives:
I was advised the wi-fi was free. I had to pay $5.99 a day for wi-fi. There was no hot water so I had to drive to Dallas without a shower. Free breakfast was advertised, there was no breakfast. I saw small prepackaged muffins, that's not breakfast.
Positives:
The desk clerk was great I'm the evening and did what he could to accommodate us as our rooms we booked were gone.
Negatives:
Sketchy... no other word for it. People all over outside as you walk in hanging out smoking, notes under door warning us about break ins and you could hear way more than you should walking down the halls.
