Negatives:
Some of the advertised amenities were missing. NO coffee pot or coffee, and coffee was only available in the am, and it was really bad. Only hot breakfast was waffles, no eggs, sausage, or choice for diet limited like diabetics. Lost water for hours.

Cold couldn't lower TV. Chair toppled over backwards. Bed too high, too soft bathroom ceiling caving in

The whole place was nothing like the pictures. There's no elevator so you have to carry your stuff upstairs or downstairs. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and incense. The carpet hasn't been deep cleaned in years. The stand up lamp by the desk was broken. I told the front desk. She said she would call someone to come fix it. I told her to switch it out or take it out. She said to leave it and she'll make sure I get my deposit back. The breakfast wasn't good at all, like 3 items to choose from. The refrigerator wasn't cold enough and rusty on the outside so you know it was old. The little freezer part needed to be defrosted. The mattress didn't fit in the bed frame all the way. The sides were hanging off.

Far enough off the road to limit outside traffic noise. Spacious breakfast area, well lit. Did not see any evidence of roaches.
Negatives:
Bathroom hot water was not hot enough to shower. Unpleasant way to start the day. Unusually limited continental breakfast. Bread with only butter or grape jelly. Waffles. Milk, juices and coffee. Blueberry muffins. Cereal choices raisin brand, frosted flakes and oatmeal (the only gluten-friendly option). That's it. No napkins, just a box of hotel tissues by the cereal dispenser.

The room was a good size and plenty of room to move around. Breakfast was pretty good for continental. Bed was comfortable for price of hotel
Negatives:
The staff were not friendly. One staff member actually asked the guy in front of us to wait because he was talking to his friend. Even the morning staff were not pleasant. There is no elevator in this hotel or at least we didn’t find one or were not directed to one.

Positives:
I was right across the hall from the breakfast area-- I did not get back to my room until 130 am. There was a maid in the hall, yelling to someone on her phone. I heard banging, loud talking, & cooking from 2 am to 4pm. After 4pm, there was a couple who got in a fight over leaving a house with $8000 in jewelry-- police were called. I ended up leaving earlier than plan due to the rough night of sleep I did not get.
