Positives: It was a nice sized room and clean
Negatives: Heater cycled on and off and could not keep room at constant temperature. No coffee, no ice, no breakfast room was old and dated.

Negatives: It needs to be updated. New lamp shades, new curtains and a coat of paint. Otherwise it's okay.
