Room was run down- lights and blinds didn't work, light falling off ceiling, towel rack coming off wall, toilet didn't flush all the way, towels were frayed. Fitness center had very outdated machines and only three, no weights, very small room. Breakfast had mostly carbs- very few gluten free options.

Positives:
The place didn’t collapse or catch fire.
Negatives:
Crumbling, clogged, lukewarm shower, with light fixture dangling from overhead. Housekeeping rag left in sink. Disgusting toilet. Bedside lamps had to be turned on by power strips on the stained carpet. Curtains didn’t open, and staff couldn’t explain why. Noises from neighbors audible through gaps in the connecting doors. Happy to depart what was basically a parody of a shabby roadside inn.

Good breakfast, friendly service, great location, mattress was comfortable. Quiet.
Negatives:
Coffee maker didn't work, shower not clean (there shouldn't be orange coloring on surfaces - that's bacteria) and some trash under the bed from a previous guest. The AC unit was very loud and it was humid in the room. The door was difficult to open and close, as in it needed a lot of WD40 and it was so loud it could have awakened other guests.
