Positives: They had breakfast. Looks like remodeling taking place.

Negatives: Stains on comforter. Air conditioning only worked on high fan setting. Severe shoddy repair work on bath tub faucet. Large repair hole on closet side of faucet. looked like the entire faucet hardware held together with zip ties. Lamp in room really only stayed up if it was leaned up on the wall. Substantial remodeling seems to be going on while hotel is still operating.

Positives: Traveled with my family my daughter forgot her phone in the hotel room. We called back to the hotel as soon as we knew it was missing and the staff told us the cleaning crew did not find anything. Mind you it was my daughters phone so I had her location turned on and it showed the phone location was still in the hotel. Called back and asked again. And no one knew anything. They told me they would go check and call me, never received a called. after a few calls the phone was turned off and location was not available.

Negatives: The staff is not honest and truthful. Literally stole from us in plain sight. The location of my phone always said it was in the hotel until phone was turned off.
