Body hairs all over the bedding, door did not seal shut due to large gap at top. Pool had layer of scum, hair, and bugs. People/kids very loud running around or in common area until 1:30AM. Did not feel safe and absolutely did not meet expectations.

We were given a room where the toilet flush did not work at all. After asking for room service 3 times we decided to ask for a room change. They knew that toilet does not work. There is no reason for them to put us in that room. Breakfast was not good.

They charged $7/day for parking. This is not an urban setting with limited space. They have plenty of room for cars. They just charged for parking because they can.

Only thing I did not like is the fact you have to pay for parking but you have sign out side saying not responsible for theft or damage never had to pay for parking at a hotel

Our family enjoyed the location and the facilities. The evening reception was cute. I think we had something a little bigger in mind. (maybe that's reserved for weekends? ) we enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the room was very comfortable.

I did not like that we were charged for parking. That seemed to be innocuous and outdated.

Parking lot. Our new SUV got the back hatch glass and back side glass busted out over night. Both passenger side door glass and a piece of trim were also broken. Called police and made a report and Embassy Suites would not release the camera video, even with Police report number b/c the n main manager was not there. What kind of crap is that.impending a Police investigation. Then they have the audacity to charge $7 a knight to park on their lot. What for?? They provide no pot security. Very aggravated

They did not honor the room I had booked. Three adults in a king size bed. The room I booked held 6 people. No offer to adjust room rate.
