I've stayed here many times before but the motel has definitely seen better days. Did not feel clean. There was a roach dying by the bed one morning. Heater was set on 90 when I checked in. Was not at all comfortable this stay.

The staff was very sweet and very friendly. They were dealing with a lot of issues including a water main break and flooding in one room.
Negatives:
The hotel is dark and cramped and dated. I know it is an extended stay hotel but we just stayed two nights and it would have been great to have a coffee maker in the room.

Good value, great location for our needs and Summer was terrific with checking us in and general pleasant conversation during our 3 night stay. Would stay again.
Negatives:
The bathroom faucet handle fell off on the 3rd night. No big deal since there was a kitchenette sink... we let the front desk know the next morning and they said they would let maintenance know right away. The building is getting a face lift so, perhaps the plumbing fixtures are part of that.

The rooms are always quiet. I don't hear road noises or people in the hallways moving . The rooms are always clean and nice. Also the air conditioner and heater are quiet and efficient.

Easy check in and check out. The $100 deposit was unexpected but not a problem. The room smelled a bit funny but at the same time it was still clean so I can't complain.
Negatives:
The $100 deposit was not an issue however there's nothing to help you anticipate that ahead of time so be ready for that. The room was cleaned but there was definitely some kind of a lingering smell that could not be explained and the walls are a bit thin so if you have noisy neighbors it will affect your stay

the bathroom was not clean, I moved to a new room. The second room had blood spots in the sheets.. not mine ! one elevator was very dirty, one didn’t work the next morning. No cups in my room. The bed stand is weird shaped , tall like a shelf unit.. awkward as I hit my head on it to pick up my phone…. twice!
This was a very bad experience.
What’s with the cars in the lot with people just sitting…and sitting.. it was uncomfortable.
