Didn't eat breakfast but coffee was available all day

This hotel has a weird policy about when they clean the room. They service the room every other day(I'm ok with that), but if you have your do not disturb sign on your door past 8AM, your room doesn't get cleaned. We went 3 days without service even thought we spoke with the employee on the floor to make sure we were on the list AND specifically asked the front desk to make sure we got service. We had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels (we were out!) and put our trash can in the hallway to be emptied. So, moral of the story is..either forgo fresh towels and an empty trashcan so you can sleep in past 8 OR chance them coming into your room to clean while you are naked in the shower. BTW the assistant manager Tammy Claussen was NOT helpful nor was she apologetic. I will NOT stay there again, and will stay away from any Hilton property. Also, you have to sign up for Hilton Rewards to access the internet

Lady Meg on the front Desk was very rude with me and my family last Saturday September 16 when we want to check in. Any questions you asked, she was very rude and don't want to answer the question. I spend almost 1 hour on the front desk to check in because of the payment made by booking.com to the hotel is not sufficient. the booking.com don't want to pay some fees, but they took all of total price from my account. it was bad experience.
