Door to shower so clean I didn’t see it until I ran into it. I suggest a decal or some decoration about eye level be put on them. Another family member did the same thing in their room. All the glass windows and doors in the lobby have a decoration across them to make sure they are noticed.

Very nice looking property. Enjoyed the workout facilities with nice equipment. People were pleasant and helpful.

My refrigerator was not working. My access key did not work on the door by the pool so had to walk around the building to get in as the door bell did not work either.

The overall atmosphere in lobby was chaotic and the bar/lounge was integrated with the whole lobby. Breakfast was a la carte and overpriced. Bagel was $4. Coffee cups were cheap and disintegrated spilling coffee out of bottom. Never got room service during 3 night stay. Had to call down for extra face cloths and a pillow. Pillows were deflated and had little stuffing in them. Our room overlooked the dirty roof of portal and construction site. Coffee was never replenished in the room. No kleenexes. Paid an average of $200 a night.
