Negatives:
No one was at front desk when arrived around 10 pm. Waited 10-15 minutes with several others, waiting for someone to come in from outside to check several of us in. When came back in from parking and grabbing bags, same front desk clerk had left and went back outside towards back parking lot, so couldn't ask further questions regarding checkout or any amenities available. Room was not that clean...hairs on bathroom counter, handprints on wall and etc.

The bar was not open and this was one of the reasons we chose this place. We wanted a place to relax after our event and have some drinks and not have to drive anywhere so this was very disappointing.

Told the front desk about leaky cup & so I wasn't charged for the missing piece. She tells me the regular cups are on back order and this has been a real issue. HELLO. GO BUY SOME OTHER CUPS UNTIL YOU GET YOUR BACK ORDER. Insane to know of this problem and not.fox it immediately.
