Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

I was refused check in because I arrived after the desk was closed. On their messages and at the property it says that you will still be checked in after hours but when I arrived I was informed I would in fact not be checked in and was already charged for the night anyway.

It was an awful experience. Loud patrons and animals. Air conditioner didn't work properly. Feathers and dirt around sink.

The cleanliness of the rooms. How difficult it was to check in after hours and how long it took, we were exhausted from our drive and the last thing you want to do is have to call multiple times to make sure someone is coming down to check you in as well as having to wait 20 or more minutes.

Never could find anyone at the front desk. Checked out a day earlier then predicted and talk to anyone about a refund.

Room doors didnt lock. Paid for non smoking room but room smelled of smoke, nobody was at the front desk, when we called them it took them 15 mins to get there (they drove there)

I was greatful to have a bed to sleep in for the night. Pricing was good considering State Wrestling was in the area.
Negatives:
The door lock (bolt) did not work at all. The latch was hardly secured. There were people above us being extremely noisy (running back and forth, screaming/talking very loud, sounded like they were jumping across beds, etc.). Noses went on from at least midnight until 1:30am. I finally fell asleep at 2 am. I had a 4 year old with me as well that woke up. In the morning when trying to check out, nobody was available for another almost 2 hours. I called the 500# and left a message/compalint for a callback and have yet to receive it.

It was very run down and shabby. Broken items, missing fixtures, etc. It did not feel safe.

I would notstay here again. It felt old and dilapidated. I've never been in a hotel room like this.
