Between Saturday, Dec 14th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, Dec 15th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Dec 15th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 15, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: I was refused check in because I arrived after the desk was closed. On their messages and at the property it says that you will still be checked in after hours but when I arrived I was informed I would in fact not be checked in and was already charged for the night anyway.

Negatives: I didn’t like that I was refused check in and still charged for the room.

Negatives: It was an awful experience. Loud patrons and animals. Air conditioner didn't work properly. Feathers and dirt around sink.

How difficult it was to check in after hours and how long it took, we were exhausted from our drive and the last thing you want to do is have to call multiple times to make sure someone is coming down to check you in as well as having to wait 20 or more minutes.
