The fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy, kitchen walls had food stains by the trashcan, an impression of an iron was in the carpet, the cushions on the sofa bed were torn/stained as was the mattress. No extra toilet paper, no extra towels.

Cleanliness and building maintenance. Very dated and obviously no intention of improving the property.

I did not like anything about the hotel.

You could tell the front door had been kicked in and not completely repaired. There were burn marks from what looked like cigarettes on pictures and counters. There were holes in walls and doors and patches on some walls that needed painting. I have pics.

That there was a crack head mother with three toodles above us! She kept coming to our room and apologizing. We wondered why she left the little ones alone

sketchy internet connection, kept making me re-sign in. ice maker in fridge did not work, cigarette burns on almost every surface. (thought this was a non smoking room).

Worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. False advertising in my opinion. Definitely NOT a 3 star hotel!! Smoke alarm chirping, taped to the ceiling. Shower was cracked in many places. Shower floor warped so badly that I fell. Everything was in poor condition.

They didn't even weatherized the doors. Cold wind blew right into the room.

The best part about the hotel was leaving it when the morning came.
