The staff is horrible, except for Coco and the front desk manager who was there from 3-10 on 2/24! Don Ross greeted me with a "Yep" when I went to straighten out issues I had with my room. I guess I was bothering him because it was 2 am when I went to the front desk for help. We had to leave early to get back home so I had to check out very early in the morning. He solved the issue, but his professionalism/greeting was not great!
Another staff member (Dolores-maybe but don't quote me) could not help me and asked me to come back when a manager was there just to put the room on a different card. She was an older lady so I did not want to be disrespectful to her so I came back when the manager was on duty.
The last staff member (the manager that Dolores told me to wait on) was pretty decent, but I could not remember his name- he was there from 3-10 pm and he tried to help me fix the issues that the other lady would not even try to help me with.
Unsupervised kids running around everywhere, lots of loud adults drinking in the lobby, housekeeping was very nice and came early in the morning. I would NOT stay at this Hilton Garden Inn ever again if I can help it. The price was not worth what we got which is a shame because the ratings fooled me.

First. Check in desk people are just collecting a paycheck. We were overcharged even though we had our Booking.com confirmation. They made some excuse at check out that it was “hard to see in the system” so they charged me regular price. I made them credit me back! I think Hilton is dishonest to be honest. The room was outdated and not appealing. My wife had spots on her sheets so she was uncomfortable call night. The bathroom bathtubs are just gross! To take a shower we had to stand in a puddle of water as water did not drain properly. The deadbolt for our door would absolutely not work as the opening it should slide into was off center. The note says they only service every other day if you have an extended stay, which is absurd for the $182 they tried to charge me!
