I did not like putting extra $100 on a room that had a m&m in chair, dirt in drawers, questionable marks on floor and room smelled of cigarettes. The room was not five star yet this extra charge caused a damper on my plans. I still have not received my money back I am owed $100, I am not ritch.

Not enough staff and waited for 15 minutes for someone to help us. After paying on booking.com we also had to pay another $100 for security which was never mentioned. . I literally just about walked out and canceled.

There were children banging and knocking and screaming until 2 am and they began again at 8 am and staff could not be found. However, after the children began being loud in the morning so did the housekeepers outside the door in the hall. There were two drunk homeless men roaming and rambling on in the entrance area and the woman at the front desk saw them and said nothing to them.I felt the place was of very poor quality and did not care about the guests safety, or anything. There were signs on everything saying out of order, including the outside trash can. The fitness room was out of order, the indoor pool was out of order, the ice machine was order, the trash cans were out of order. There was no breakfast at all and it was supposed to be free for us. The coffee was very old and cold. The toilet did not flush and no one could be found to file a complaint. I had drive to Walmart to use the restroom. The halls smelled like cigarette smoke. The lady at the front desk was not friendly at all.
