Negatives: I need my money back and phone number to the hotel

Negatives: Our room had no ac they advertise breakfast than found out they were not doing breakfast that morning

Negatives: The hotel is right next door to a motel that is just a place for drug addicts to hang out. The parking lot shared the same parking lot as the motel so alot of people were just chilling in their cars blaring music and taking up spots. At night it literally looked like a zombie hang out spot with people shuffling around aimlessly. Now for the room itself, the bed was broken on the upper left side. Shower didn't have a curtain, had to ask for that. sink wouldn't drain so we had to ask for it to get fixed. While that was getting fixed we requested a new room that we could move into since we needed to change from the pool so we could get ready for our dinner reservation. Went to the room and the key didn't work and there was already someone in there. So I said screw it we will just wait for the guy to finish in our room so we could get ready. Took him about an hour but it was finally fix. After that I jumped into the shower and while I was in there for about 5 mins we get a knock amd was told that our shower was leaking into the floor below us on a party since we were above the party room. We didn't have time to change rooms so we waited after dinner to change rooms. After dinner we got back and at this point it's around 1030 and there's kids running around screaming all over the place no one was trying to quit them down or anything. We were given a new room on the second floor so we took multiple trips up the stairs since the elevators take forever. Once we got to our new room we were pretty much downgraded from a premium room to a standard room, it was much smaller the shower was a regular tub style and not the walk in one. The bathroom was small and the room itself was small. At this point it's close to being 11:15 and the party is still going on with kids running and screaming everywhere. We were at this point pretty irritated. The next morning as we are checking out I requested to be compensated for all the issues.

Negatives: Lightbulbs not being replaced when mentioned to front desk staff they were out, room wasnt cleaned during our stay, had to ask for towels and toilet paper, pool was not heated like advertised also not cleaned overnight and left a mess for the next day, hallways and elevator were dirty, not being vacuumed, minimal hot water and terrible water pressure

Negatives: Upon arrival you could see the trash over flowing outside. Once you entered the building and got on the elevator you could see dead birds on the roof. The water in my room did not get hot. It was luke warm at best. The tv could only get one channel and there were stains on the bedding.

Negatives: Outside had trash running out of receptacle onto the ground. Dead bird visible on the roof from the elevator. Room was dark, only had one light on one side of the bed that worked, other light was non functional.

Negatives: The bathroom was really lacking for the room. There is another hotel right next door, they somewhat share a parking lot and there were some shady people over there.

Negatives: Very run down. Hot tub had so many jets that didnt work. Rooms were run down. Only one elevator worked and it seemed to stop on floor 2 no matter what before going go where it was intended.

Negatives: Not very appealing

Negatives: Had burn spots on our bedsheets, ask for new sheets but housekeeping never changed them. Front desk apologized for the inconvenience.

Negatives: Not clean in the slightest Had to clean the entire room before I could use anything in it Reaked of marijuana Faulty plumbing in the bathroom Maintenance took over three hours to come to the room

Negatives: Brown water came out the faucet the first room
