Positives: The front desk personnel were very nice and answered my questions politely and professionally. That was really the ONLY thing I appreciated about the stay.
Negatives: The fact that I had a “Do Not Knock” sign on my door and what sounded like a Mexican lady from housekeeping came to my room at 9am pounding on my door screaming HOUSEKEEPING. That really angered me

Negatives: The property was not as appeared on website photos. Rooms were small. The furniture had stains. The walls did not absorb the neighboring room's occupant's movements and voices were easily heard and kept my husband awake.

Positives: We did enjoy our stay we enjoyed our room they even upgraded us because people were being too loud above us for us to be able to get any sleep at a decent hour so they did accommodate that for us.
Negatives: On our third night out of six nights of being there I paid every single morning. I even paid one time in advance the prior night for that following days stay. Because, on the second day from about 10 am up until 12ish they were knocking on my door about every ten minutes. Which made me think my account was infact negative, and that i either needed to make another payment to make my account to make it be in good standing or, I needed to check out. So, while being very sick with covid. Having the worst headache of my life. I pulled myself out of bed went all the way to my bank in 4° weather, to then rush back to make a payment to continue my stay there. The young man then said to me "ok well, your already payed up for today would u like to make a payment right now for tomorrows stay then". I said, OH WOW!!! You mean to tell me that y'all kept harassing me every ten minutes, from about two hours before check out up until check out. Now your telling me while being very sick that I'm still paid up, and I didn't really need to get out in the cold until technically tomorrow before noon? He just looked at me and said "so is that a yes, then you'd like to go ahead and make tomorrows payment then"? I was so livid, but to sick to change where I was staying so I made my payment all for everything to be ok up until that next day when they tried to say my payment which was approved while i was standing there in disbelief of the staffs behavior, and having absolutely zero empathy for how they were treating me. Every single time my debit card went through. I paid $120 cash deposit, and a $75 pet deposit non-refundable for my cat which was fine. But, I was in a non-smoking room my partner, and I did not smoke in that room. We left that room as we found it.
