Clean, convenient location. I appreciate the fridge and microwave.

Someone tried to come in my room after 1am! When they heard my dog's bark, they went back to reception then the desk clerk came knocking on my door to see who was checked into the room. I guess he checked someone into my room, after he just checked me into it a few hours earlier. He apologized and said he would fix it but he needed to see my ID. I had been sleeping after driving all day and this was quite a scary disturbance. Check-in took several minutes, & he looked at the computer when he wrote my room number for the key card. I'm not sure how this could have happened. I tried to call and talk to a manager about getting a refund, but it's been days and they haven't gotten back to me.
