Positives:
The location wasn't horrible as it was right off the highway and nearby most of what we wanted to do. There were so many "smaller" caves in the area that are well worth a visit (Crystal Onyx Cave, Onyx Rock Cave & Rock Shop). If we did have to drive it was 20-30 minutes to the bigger adventures in the area (Mammoth Caves, Bowling Green).
Negatives:
We booked on booking.com and when we checked in they couldn't find our reservation. Instead of matching what we booked, they booked us in more expensive rooms with little explanation. The rooms were dirty. A cleaner did a quick surface clean at best. We found a few foreign hairs in the shower and a putty substance (possibly gum) stuck to the shower head.

I took a shower and I about froze and I told them they said they fixed it well they didn't I don't think it was fair to me that I paid that price and had to take a cold ass shower I'm sorry I'm aggravated because I lost the debit card that I paid with

No coffee, no lotions in the room. Insulation is poor,we can hearing next room showing and the dog braking Breakfast:muffin,3 different cereal ,bread and bagels. No coffee when wee got time dinning rom(9:10am).
