My experience was horrible and I don’t recommend anyone to stay there with their families. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Our room was was filthy and I informed the lobby attendant about the tub being grimy and that I had discovered hairs on the bedding. He was upset when I requested to be moved to another room. The second room was worst, there were pubic hairs and girl hairs on both beds. There was a blood stain on one of the bedspreads and the floors were not clean. I literally cried because I didn’t want to sleep in those terrible conditions. Requesting for a refund was not an option so I was forced to go to the nearest Walmart to purchase blankets to throw on top of those filthy beds for my children to sleep for the night.
I will never go back to a Red Roof Inn! I had opted for a non smoking room, and the smell of cigarettes lingered in the room - the filter has not being replaced or cleaned in a while and therefore it’s very hard to breathe. I regret booking at this disgusting inn and believing the great reviews other people left on booking.com

The staff assaulted my husband and we had to call the law and swear out a warrant for the worker. They first tried to say we smoked in the motel room. We don't even smoke in our own home. We DEFINITELY DID NOT SMOKE IN THE MOTEL ROOM. They got what was dirt from our shoes from going thru a cave and said it was ashes. They done that to keep pur 100 dollar deposit that I have never paid a red roof inn in Ohio where I stay every 6 weeks!! I knew when I gave them the deposit that they would come up with something to keep it. They are crooks and thieves!!!!!! Neve again will I stay there and I am pressing charges on the staff as well as a small claims case for my husband's glasses and medical bills.
