The entire staff was amazing from the front desk agents, to the bar staff and valet. In addition, location was perfect. I love the view of the river from my room especially at night!
Negatives:
The property is very old and outdated. The room door is off of the hinges and extremely difficult to open and close. When I initially entered the room the door fell on me causing me brushing. Then the bathroom sink had a horrible leak and was clogged (this eventually got repaired after multiple times reporting it), the happy hour times for the bar were not given out correctly, tv has no channels and is not a smart television, no apps such as YouTube or Netflix available and mold was on my pillows and they never brought new ones!

The breakfast was good, some items didn't work such as juice and soda machine.

The rooms smelled like mold. The AC never got below 75 degrees. Feet turn black from walking on carpets. Couch bed was stained and very uncomfortable. Pool area needs serious update, as well as all rooms. Will not be staying here again!

One room was very musty smelling, rooms were not beside each other like requested multiple times. Had 3 cockroaches in the bathroom the morning we were checking out & we were not messy I Clorox wiped and used bleach spray repeatedly throughout stay. Not prepared for such a large crowd at breakfast.

Smelled like mildew at check in. Found 2 - 2" cockroaches in the bathroom, which made us leave immediately, and we weren't able to get showered and ready for our day plans.
