It was a great place...

We love this place. We travel to Kentucky three or four times a year and we always stay here.
Negatives:
We got in Wednesday night. So there was no need for housekeeping on Thursday or Friday. We had plenty of clean towels, tissues and toilet paper so Saturday would have been the appropriate day to come in. Saturday comes around and they call and tell us they haven't been able to get in our room in 3 days (technically it only been 2 days) and that we need to let them in. Which is not a problem but again we did not get there till Wednesday night so there was no need for housekeeping till Saturday. I'm sure that they made sure the room was clean Wednesday before we checked in. But it had not been 3 days like they told us.

The staff did explain check in properly there in absolutely no proper communication even if you call ahead and speak to several people about your situation you will be told multiple different things then something completely different at check in.

We were first given a room with a mattress that had blood stains an feces on it! Secondly we was told a 50 dollar deposit would go back to our card at check out it did not infact our card was charged the 50 plus 2 additional transactions of 31 dollars an 68 dollars they keep telling me was mistakenly charged an is being refunded it'll be a week tomorrow they have yet to get any of my money they took back! They were very unprofessional an kept blaming housekeeping for the mattress looking that way!
