Positives: the location was quick stop off highway halfway to destination. liked the fact that there was a refrigerator and microwave. Dumbfounded that there was no amenities for people staying just one night. No coffee ... not like a hotel.

Negatives: it was not set up for the two of us to stay just overnight. The morning breakfast was scant and not worth the effort. It should not have been advertised as a breakfast at all.
