Negatives: first room they put me in there were dogs barking next room and when I informed front desk they said they’ve had numerous complaints but couldn’t get ahold of the guests? I said lf you knew there were dogs barking why would you put me next to them?? no real answer was given then I was told they couldn’t change my room . then finally after some talking they put me downstairs under the dog

Positives: Very nice room and very clean.
Negatives: The owner. We travel with our dogs. We did not intend to stop overnight, only 2 hrs from home in TN traveling back from Ohio, but were tired. The owner charged my husband $25 extra for our second dog, who was NOT going in hotel and spending nite in our car. I went in and talked to owner whom was very crabby, and told him only 1 dog was coming in. He accused me that we were lying and that we planned on sneaking other dog in. I told him I was most definitely NOT bringing that dog in cause I was tired and she keeps me awake. The owner finally agreed to take extra $25 off our bill but then told me that there are cameras on the property and if he sees #2 dog come in, he would charge us extra $500. I told him that was totally fine with me. Next morning, credit card showed he had taken off that fee. When we checked out, our receipt also showed he had taken off that fee. But apparently right after we left, he put it back on. I found out the following day when I checked our credit card balance. I immediately called the property and talked to a nice young lady. She said he was the owner. I proceeded to tell her about the incident. She said she wrote it all down and would give it to the owner. The following day, the owner did take the charge back off. But as nice as the property was, will NEVER stay there again. The owner should be ASHAMED of himself for the way he treated me both in person, lying, and I guess thinking he was being sneaky!!

Positives: The staff was very friendly and the room was excellent. Very clean, bed was very comfortable,and even tho it was close to I65 it was quiet I will return when in the area!!
