Everyone was so nice, it was quiet and peaceful plus very clean.

I stayed in room 133 and the water pressure was awful and it wasn't hot also the bed frame was so loud and moved around.

the place was great, location was great. nice it was ground floor level. front desk staff was awesome.
Negatives:
it had vagrant, or homeless people living there and they are kind of loud and a nuisance. one couple staying there next to me had a car that beeped twice every single time they got in the car and out of the car throughout the night considerate. and then making a lot of commotion in the morning when they were checking out.

Beds were comfortable, rum was clean, location was good and the staff was nice.
Negatives:
1) Well at 11:30pm, two men got into a fight in the parking lot near our room. Extreme obscenity’s were used and one guy threaten to shoot the other.
We located the room phone but it wasn’t working , we then got up & used our cell phone to contact the front office. Too a while to get back to sleep.
According to the office guy, he said by the time he came out there, the guys arguing had stopped.
2) the toilet kept refilling about every five to ten minutes.
3) the TV remote was damaged, the volume control wasn’t functioning so we had to get out of the bed to turn down the volume.

The staff was pleasant. The pet costs were cheap. First dog free and second was $15/night.

Neighbors were loud and arguing day and night. A lot of traffic in and out.

The place looked newly remodeled....
Positives:
Bed was very comfortable. Rooms were a calming grey. Could tell it was an older inn. But the owners were obviously updating the rooms. Newer paint job/tile type floors/ new faucets. Was a pleasure to have an inexpensive place to stay that was so nice!
