Staff was rude and would not allow me to speak with management all I wanted was proof of what I was being accused of.
Negatives:
They have ok my reservation and when I went to check in I was told I was on the do not book list for pet damages due to my last stay. They would not provide proof of so called damages as I know for a fact that the room was left in outstanding cleanliness and no damages to anything by my two dogs. I know this because I stripped the beds and cleaned the room myself with my own cleaning supplies. I’m a very pissed off customer

That I laid on my bed and all of a sudden I was wet and come to find out the entire mattress was soaked with pee!!! Then they didn’t even have another room for us and didn’t really care that it happened. Disgusting place anyways.
