Positives:
The staff was great. Everyone was friendly & very helpful. The hotel and room was very clean. The common area gets busy during the evening hours which was great. My son was selling chocolates for school and was able to sell the entire box. Everyone was very friendly and although it was busy it was never too loud. The Jaggers next door was a plus when we arrived late in the evening, hungry. The location is great in general. The shopping plaza across the street was convenient. I had to run into Target for a few things and it being a 2 min drive, literally, was perfect. The noon checkout was also nice to have since most places have an 11am checkout.
Negatives:
The shower head in the bathroom was awkwardly high. I couldn’t adjust the direction of it. A shelf in the bathroom for my toiletries would have also been nice to have.

The room was exceptionally comfortable. There bed was so comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I really can’t find anything I didn’t like except that I wish they offered more breakfast items but my son loved the fresh fruit available for purchase.

For the additional cost instead of eating at the hotel we went to Ihop just down the road and had a large selection for breakfast. The breakfast at the hotel was expensive and limited in what was offered - it wasn't worth the price.
Negatives:
Most places we've stayed, a continental breakfast or hot breakfast equivalent to what was being served at the hotel, was served as part of the cost, not an extra.

Positives:
Easy to get to. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Friendly staff. Nice desk area with a window for the day I had to work. It was quiet.
Negatives:
I could have used a heavier blanket. The bedding was lightweight and there wasn't an extra blanket in the closet. It forced me to keep the heat higher at night than I would have normally.
