Negatives:
I am not happy with the $200 incidental charge that they require. This is not normal for the many hotels I have stayed at. I cannot even spend $200 worth of goods. I will think twice before staying here again for that reason.

AC shook and made constant noise. Checkout times were not marked the same throughout the room.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good parking. Food options available 24/7.
Negatives:
HVAC noisy and shuts off on it's own, needs improvement. TV lacks Channel Info i.e. difficult to find networks without a printed guide. Plumbing needs improvement, i.e. Shower head was plugged so provided a lite spray, had to spend more time trying to rinse off. Toilet handle had to be held down to flush the bowl.

Well kept foyer, snack area, bar and pool. The fitness room was clean and had functioning equipment. The room was clean and the bed was delightful.
Negatives:
The room HVAC unit was loud and glitchy and it cycled without a pattern. Not a restful vibe during the night.
