Positives: Joni, the front desk representative, was super helpful and nice. I like the spacious layout of the room having a sleeper sofa was very nice and was a bonus because I did not know that it came with a sleeper sofa. That’s where your comfy but small.

Negatives: Hotel is in serious need of an update. Cabinets appliances were very outdated no carpet in the rooms that was a little disheartening. The people upstairs with me must’ve had a toddler or young child because we could literally hear them running back-and-forth over our ceiling our entire we can’t stay. Hotel is advertised as having breakfast however, it is not a hot breakfast. It is simply a pouch of oatmeal, a granola bar, and nasty coffee.

Positives: Upon check in , was denied due to not having a credit card and only a debit card . Which in fact was the same debit card that I was allowed to book the room with !!!!! Booking never stated a credit card was needed . & since I was denied & turned away , they still charged me $103 .

Negatives: The third shift desk clerk was very rude to my fiancé who was simply asking questions . The second shift clerk mentioned on her shift , she was allowed to take debit cards , but the third shift clerk refused !
