Negatives: The chairs had cat claw marks in them and the bed had nasty stuff all on the bed skirt. The tv was super out dated and the pull out couch was unusable

Negatives: The beds were dirty, room was dirty Windows open with a whole in it.

Negatives: the facility didn’t change the sheets on the bed. I found hair and crumbs in the bed

Negatives: Upon arrival the room was reserved as agreed, The lobby area was dirty and some of the ceilings were missing drywall from water damage. We had to change rooms three times because of multiple problems. The first room that they assigned to me had what appeared to be semen on the brown leather recliner and blood on the toilet seat. After packing and unpacking the second room’s air conditioning was not working properly. Again packed back up and were given a third room where the TV ended up not working at this point I was fed up from packing our belongings from room to room that I almost accepted the broken tv. But again to the last room we went finally staying until we left. The breakfast was not much that was offered. The staff was more worried about other things than their customers. We would have to walk back and forth from room to desk trying to get extra towels several times because the office clerk was outside smoking or walking in the parking lot with other people. My wife and I are in total shock over this entire weekend stay. The only employee that offered real help was Michael at the front desk. We expected more from extended-stay hotels/motels. Thank you.
