The room decor is extremely dated, there were black ants in the bathroom, but the staff was friendly. I don’t care for being charged an incidental amount especially considering you already have my card and this could be abused if the customer doesn’t do a before and after video to prove nothing was broken.

Booked a 2 bed room, got a 1 bed room with no discount for my family of 4 plus a dog. No cot available. Breakfast was stale and mediocre at best, utensils to get breakfast we're breaking in the buffet. Overall experience 1/10.

Dirty stairwells, noisy above with running and below with barking dogs, rude neighboring guests banging on our door because we put up a "do not disturb" sign. No kitchenette as advertised. Breakfast closed earlier than advertised and not well supplied. One room had no refrigerator at all.
