Our first room's AC wasn't working. The hotel had sex workers around it and a pimp. We did not feel safe. We did not feel our belongings were safe. There was no way to request a maid not to come into our room. Our first room smelled bad. We couldn't check for bed bugs because the sheets were locked in. A very sketchy area. Weed was a regular scent to greet us in the morning. There were a few rooms with broken windows.

TV didn't work right. No channels worked. Toilet was backed up. Then i lost my wallet after checking in and tried staying another night but they wouldn't let me because I couldn't show an ID after I checked in originally with my ID just the night before. So basically put us out with nowhere to go since I had no wallet with an ID.

The only positive that I can find about this entire trip as far as this company is what's the location and that is literally the only positive.
Negatives:
When I got there the room was not the room that I had paid for there was mold on the ceiling holes in the wall cigarette holes in the bed spread there was stuff peeling off the ceiling there were serious holes all in the walls light in the bathroom didn't work the hot water never got hot it just a lukewarm at best there was only 2 towels And the neighbors were very loud stayed up Blair and music and arguing all night the staff was gone so no one could be called about the disturbances the room was poorly cleaned. The room was supposed to be a smoke free room and I informed the owner before leaving that there were holes on the bed when I go to a hotel I videotape as soon as I walk in the door from the time that opened the door from the 1st time all through the room so that I do not get charged for any damages to the room if I do not create any the owner seemed to not believe me about cigarette smoke being in the room before I was there I'm allergic to tobacco so I don't smoke there were holes all in the bed the room stunk of cigarettes and I had to open the door and leave the door popped open so I could get the smell out.
