Negatives: Couldnt take an shower without the whole bathroom getting soaked and the mold that covered the air conditioner & the lights not working, Didnt have an blanket just had sheets on the bed, as well as no towels and the only washcloth was DIRTY. & the front desk told me that I couldn't be moved rooms cauase it was too late(it was around 9pm) & he didnt feel like going an verifiying the reasoning in moving me & then when i spoke to the supervisor the next morning she told me she was aware of the situatuion and only thing she could do was move me and the rate would be higher then the night before .

Negatives: Room was super dirty, literally found used drugs in my room. Smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Burns in all the sheets, shower didn’t drain, toilet was loose, blood on the night stand.
Most disgusting, trashy, and dangerous...
Negatives: To loud and noisy. Staff didn’t address the problem
Positives: This day was horrible I have stayed here many times before but this day was horrible one of the staff had the master key and came in our room unannounced that was the first mess up second of all the area was noisy people arguing outside the apartment of the room above me was very noisy they made noise all night jumping and bumping on the floors the management office did nothing about it I was very disappointed but when that man walked in our room that pissed me off so I was very displeased I asked for my money back and they did not want to acknowledge that a staff member walked in our room with the master key the person told me that over the phone cuz we was trying to figure out who came in our room they didn't apologize or anything very disappointed I still want my money back and when I called to ask to speak to a manager about the situation today they hung up in my face very unprofessional I still want my money back.
Negatives: I didn't like anything about this day we left out so early in the morning because we was afraid of somebody else coming in the room and also afraid of the constant noise so we could not sleep all night very disturbing very very disturbing I want my money back for this nice day.

Negatives: Felt unsafe; room had a bad odor; lights flickered; men right outside of door; lamp did not turn on; everything was outdated/smell, just felt gross; area overall felt very sketchy.
Positives: dirty , no electric so we slept in a cold room , no hot water and no refund terrible customer service
