Room was clean. Pet friendly. Ground level was nice since we had our dog with us.
Negatives:
No one was at the check-in desk when we arrived, so you had to call someone to come help you and wait until he came. Then, our room card would not work, so I had to go back to the office and make another call to get help. I waited so long that I had to call a second time. Thankfully, two gentlemen were in the office when we checked out.

it wasn't in the greatest neighborhood and as a woman traveling alone I was uncomfortable. I stayed for a couple nights and it could have used more toiletries. I also didn't receive my room deposit back yet either.

Friendly and helpful staff. Cameras around the property made us feel safe. Close to stores and restaurants. Plenty of hot water and water pressure in shower. Room was super clean and beds were very comfortable. Ice, drinks and snack machine were all in working order and stocked daily.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. We had zero complaints.
